The app is very simple to use. You need to plug your phone to the adapter to avoid waste battery life and tap on “going to sleep…” just before you go to sleep.
It will monitor moves and noise during the night and detect when is the right time to wake you up. You can setup the alarm with a range of half an hour.
It’s nice to see all this graphs about what you did during the night.
The app record any sounds and you can even listen it!
